Product details

The CSB XTV12200WTFR in the XTV-WT series is a 12V Valve Regulated Sealed Lead Acid battery made with a pure lead construction combined with proprietary elements, and uses Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) technology, achieving a gas recombination efficiency of 99%. It is built for harsh environments such as wind turbines, and the official application direction is renewable energy. Nominal capacity 20Ah (20-hour rate, 1.75VPC, 25°C); 8-hour rate capacity is 18.4Ah (1.75VPC) or 18.0Ah (1.80VPC). Electrically, the maximum charge current is 6.0A, the maximum discharge current is 230A, the short-circuit current is 591A, and the internal resistance is 12.2mΩ. At 25°C, the float charge voltage is 13.5 to 13.8Vdc, and the equalization charge voltage is 14.4 to 15.0Vdc. The battery has a low self-discharge rate: after 90 days of storage at 25°C, the remaining capacity is still above 90%; it can be stored for up to 6 months, but must be fully charged before use, and if the storage temperature exceeds 25°C, charging is required earlier. Under float charge at 25°C, the design life is up to 12 years, meeting the Eurobat long life standard (10/12 years at 20°C). For the operating temperature range, the nominal is 25°C, discharge and charge are -20°C to 50°C, and storage is -15°C to 40°C. The case is made of flame-retardant ABS (94-V0). The terminal is an I1 threaded lead alloy type, compatible with M5 bolts, with a recommended torque of 3.0±0.6 N·m (30.4±6.1 Kgf·cm or 26.4±5.3 Lbf·in). In terms of dimensions, length is 181.0±2.0mm, width is 76.0±1.0mm, height is 165.0±2.0mm, and weight is approximately 6.35kg (14.00 lb). The product meets the IEC 61056-1/2:2012 standard and is certified to UL1989 (MH14533). Its maintenance-free design and efficient gas recombination allow it to be used in renewable energy storage systems such as wind power, operating stably even in harsh environments.
