Product details

The CSB XTV121000 in the XTV series is a 12V valve regulated sealed lead acid battery with a top terminal design. It utilizes AGM Absorbent Glass Mat technology, achieving gas recombination efficiency of up to 99%, and features a pure lead construction. This series is specifically built for telecom broadband applications and can be deployed both indoors and outdoors. At 25°C, the battery has a nominal capacity of 100Ah (20-hour rate, 1.75VPC); at the 8-hour rate at 1.75VPC it delivers 90.4Ah, and at the 8-hour rate at 1.80VPC it delivers 89.7Ah, making it suitable for float backup power applications. In terms of electrical parameters, the XTV121000 at 25°C has a float charge voltage of 13.5 to 13.8Vdc and an equalize charge voltage of 14.4 to 15.0Vdc; maximum charge current is 30A, maximum discharge current is 800A, short-circuit current is 2258A, and internal resistance is 4.10mΩ. The battery has a low self-discharge rate, retaining more than 90% capacity after 90 days of storage at 25°C, and can be stored for up to 6 months, but must be fully charged before use; if storage temperature exceeds 25°C, a supplementary charge is required in advance. In terms of dimensions, the XTV121000 is 308.7mm long, 169.0mm wide, and 213.6mm high, weighing approximately 30.20kg. The terminal features an I2 threaded lead alloy design, compatible with M6 bolts, with a terminal torque of 5.1±1.0N·m. The case material is PP (UL 94-HB), and a flame-retardant (94-V0) version is also available upon request. The battery is manufactured in accordance with IEC 60896-21/22:2004 and is UL1989 recognized (MH14533). Operating temperature range: nominal temperature 25°C, discharge and charge range from -20°C to 50°C, storage range from -15°C to 40°C. Under float charge conditions at 25°C, the design life can reach 12 years, meeting the Eurobat long life standard (greater than 12 years at 20°C). This battery is maintenance-free, suitable for telecom and other float backup power applications, and maintains stable performance even in extreme temperature environments.
