The CSB MSJ-200 is a 2V Valve Regulated Sealed Lead Acid battery in the MSJ family, utilizing Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) technology with a gas recombination efficiency of up to 99%, and is a maintenance-free type. Nominal voltage 2Vdc; at 1.80VPC, 25°C, the 10-hour rate nominal capacity is 200Ah; the 8-hour rate (1.75VPC) capacity is 202.40Ah, the 20-hour rate (1.75VPC) capacity is 210.00Ah, and the 8-hour rate (1.80VPC) capacity is 197.60Ah. This battery uses a pure lead construction and proprietary elements, designed for high-capacity float backup power applications. At 25°C, the design float charge voltage is 2.21 to 2.25Vdc/cell, and the equalization charge voltage is 2.35Vdc/cell. Maximum charge current 60.00A, maximum discharge current 1200A, short-circuit current 3939A, internal resistance 0.42mΩ. Nominal operating temperature 25°C; discharge allowed from -15°C to 50°C, charge and storage from -15°C to 40°C.
