The GPL12800G is a product in CSB's GPL series, classified as a general-purpose 12V Top Terminal VRLA-AGM battery. Compared to the GP series, this series is a long-life upgraded model, specifically built for general backup power applications with the aim of extending the service cycle. Its nominal voltage is 12 Vdc; at 25°C and 1.75 VPC, the 20-hour rate nominal capacity reaches 80 Ah, while the 8-hour rate capacity is 75.04 Ah and the 20-hour rate capacity is 80.80 Ah; at 1.80 VPC under the 8-hour rate condition, the capacity is 73.36 Ah.
In terms of electrical parameters, the battery has a maximum charge current of 24.00 A, a maximum discharge current of 800 A, a short-circuit current of 1933 A, and an internal resistance of 4.0 mΩ. At 25°C, the float charge voltage range is 13.5 to 13.8 Vdc/battery, and the equalization charge voltage range is 14.4 to 15.0 Vdc/battery.
