Product details
The HRL1210W in the HRL series has a nominal voltage of 12 Vdc and uses a valve regulated sealed lead acid construction, with terminal types available in both 6V and 12V top configurations. Designed for long-life, high-rate UPS and data center loads, this battery uses pure lead technology and a proprietary formulation, paired with Absorbent Glass Mat separators, achieving a gas recombination efficiency of up to 99% in a maintenance-free design.
In terms of capacity and power, at 25°C and 1.67 VPC, the battery has a 15-minute rate nominal capacity of 10W; the 5-minute rate power reaches 20.7 W/cell, while the 15-minute rate power is 10.0 W/cell. As for electrical parameters: maximum charge current is 1.0 A, maximum discharge current is 40 A, short-circuit current is 120 A, and internal resistance is 32.10 mΩ. At 25°C, the float charge voltage range is 13.5 to 13.8 Vdc/battery, and the equalize charge voltage range is 14.4 to 15.0 Vdc/battery.
For dimensions and terminals, the battery is 178.0±2.0 mm long, 34.0±1.0 mm wide, and 70.5±1.0 mm high, weighing 1.10 kg. The terminal is an F2 terminal - Faston Tab 250. The case is made of ABS material (UL 94-HB), and a flame-retardant 94-V0 version is also available upon request.
Regarding temperature and storage, the nominal operating temperature is 25°C; the discharge temperature range is from -15°C to 50°C; the charge and storage temperature range is from -15°C to 40°C. In terms of self-discharge characteristics, after 90 days of storage at 25°C, capacity loss is less than 10%, and the battery can be stored for up to 6 months at 25°C, but must be fully charged before use; if the storage temperature exceeds 25°C, supplementary charging should be performed earlier.
For design life, under float backup service at 25°C, it can last up to 8 years, and the Eurobat (20°C) standard commercial life is 10 to 12 years. Manufactured in accordance with IEC 61056-1/2:2012 and UL1989 recognized (MH14533), it is suitable for high-rate float backup power applications such as data center UPS systems.
