Product details

The CSB HRL12110W is a top terminal VRLA-AGM battery belonging to the HRL series (covering 6V and 12V), with a rated voltage of 12 Vdc. The HRL series uses pure lead technology, combining long life with high rate discharge characteristics, specifically engineered for UPS loads and data center scenarios with extremely demanding power requirements; data center uninterruptible power supplies are its officially designated application. Under test conditions of 1.67 VPC at 25°C, the battery's 15-minute rate nominal capacity is recorded as 110W; the 5-minute rate output power reaches 211 W/cell, and the 15-minute rate is 111 W/cell. From an electrical standpoint, the HRL12110W can withstand a maximum charge current of 11.0 A, a maximum discharge current of 225 A, a short circuit current of 884 A, and an internal resistance of only 8.10 mΩ. At 25°C, the float charge voltage range is 13.5 to 13.8 Vdc/battery, and the equalization charge voltage is between 14.4 and 15.0 Vdc/battery. As for self-discharge performance, after standing for 90 days at 25°C, self-discharge is less than 10%, and storage is possible for up to 6 months; the battery must be fully charged before reuse, and if the storage temperature exceeds 25°C, a supplementary charge is required in advance. In terms of structural design, this battery combines a valve regulated sealed lead acid architecture with Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) technology, achieving a gas recombination efficiency of up to 99% and is maintenance-free throughout; the pure lead construction paired with a proprietary element formula makes it highly suitable for high rate UPS float charge backup power scenarios. The product is manufactured in accordance with IEC 61056-1/2:2012 and is UL1989 recognized (MH14533). The case material is ABS (UL 94-HB); a flame-retardant 94-V0 version is available upon request. Dimensions and terminal parameters are as follows: the HRL12110W weighs 9.90 kg (21.82 lb), with a length of 166.0±2.0 mm, a width of 125.0±1.5 mm, and a height of 175.0±2.0 mm. The terminal is an I1 threaded lead alloy type, compatible with M5 bolts, with a torque specification of 30.4±6.1 Kgf·cm, 26.4±5.3 Lbf·in, or 3.0±0.6 N·m. Regarding temperature adaptability, the nominal temperature is 25°C (77°F); the allowable discharge range is -15°C to 50°C (5°F to 122°F), while charging and storage are limited to -15°C to 40°C (5°F to 104°F). Under 25°C float charge backup conditions, the design life is up to 10 years; according to the Eurobat (20°C) standard, the commercial life is 10 to 12 years.
