The CSB GP12200 in the GP series is a general purpose Valve Regulated Sealed Lead Acid battery with a nominal capacity of 20 Ah (20hr-rate, 1.75 VPC @25°C) and a nominal voltage of 12 Vdc. At 25°C, the 8-hour rate capacity at 1.75 VPC reaches 20.56 Ah and the 20-hour rate capacity reaches 22.60 Ah, while the 8-hour rate capacity at 1.80 VPC is 20.24 Ah. The battery uses Absorbent Glass Mat technology and a valve regulated sealed construction, with a gas recombination efficiency of up to 99%, and a maintenance-free design, making it suitable for float charge backup power applications.
In terms of electrical performance, the GP12200 has an internal resistance of 16.1 mΩ, a maximum discharge current of 230 A, a maximum charge current of 6.00 A, and a short-circuit current of 559 A.
